We know what you’re thinking. The middle of November is a strange time to be writing about art in an outdoor space. But actually, we feel like the timing is perfect! That’s because as soon as November rolls around in New York City and the tri-state area, things outside start to look a little, well, drab. Planters stand empty, trees are bare, and the flowers in the parks are long gone.
