Thanks to the abundance of interior inspiration out there (we credit Pinterest, bloggers, and our favorite design magazines), it seems like more and more people are willing to take design risks and go bold with their homes. We’ve seen our fair share of creative, original, and utterly eye-catching ideas for wall art from our clients recently, so we wanted to throw them into the Internet inspiration pool, in the hopes they might spark a great idea.
Here are a few of our favorite bold wall statements we’ve seen lately.
1. One way to put a fun, unexpected twist on a family photo wall? Hang your photos over wallpaper, and on all three sides of a staircase. We love the overall effect of this arrangement!
2. This second wall plays on two opposite sides of the color wheel, orange and blue. A bright, peach-colored photo mats pop against a saturated peacock blue wall in this hallway.
2. On this staircase arrangement, the emphasis is on contrast. Stark white walls, combined with contrasting black frames and pops of red and yellow create a vivd, graphic effect.
