There are a number of great art fairs and events in the Hamptons each summer, and one of the best is coming up next weekend. Art Southampton, produced by Art Miami, starts next Thursday, July 25, and runs through Monday, July 29. If you can make it out to the show, it’s worth the trip.
Art Southampton focuses on contemporary art from the 20th and 21st centuries, and this year’s event will feature more than 85 art galleries from around the world, from Chicago and California to London and Tel Aviv. The show will once again take place in a covered pavilion adjacent to the Southampton Golf Club property. Though the event is well-attended–last year, it attracted more than 11, 500 visitors–organizers say there will be ample parking.
