A couple of weeks ago, we shared the installation we created exclusively for Holiday House New York, called “Being a Woman.” But, that wasn’t the only way we were involved with Holiday House this year. Like many years past, we were tapped by some of the show house’s major designers to assist with their install. We hung art and mirrors for talented designers, along with helping create installations throughout the “public” spaces of the show house.
Here’s a look at some of the amazing rooms we got to play a part in creating.
The first room we worked on, by designer Patrick J. Hamilton, and was inspired by the Kentucky Derby. The room was bright, glamorous, and fun, and the wall art he chose was among the most unique we’ve seen in a while.
How great is the quilted wall in this room?
In addition to working with designers, we also worked with the Holiday House team to install art and mirrors in the public spaces of the show house, like this mirror in the Farrow & Ball Hallways.
And the photos of breast cancer survivors in the break room.
If you haven’t had a chance to stop by the Holiday House yet, we can’t recommend it highly enough. It runs through December 21, and all proceeds benefit breast cancer research. For more information, visit the Holiday House New York website.
