ILevel’s work featured in the New York Times!

Well, it may not be credited as such in the photo, but a prime example of an awesome Ilevel art installation job can be seen in yesterday’s New York Times Home and Garden section. I haven’t seen the paper version of the story, but the web version leads with the picture in this post of Bunny William’s first-floor living room at this year’s Kips Bay Decorator Show House. Greg, David and I installed the two large botanicals and the giant mirror pictured in the New York Times article!  I would forward the article to my Mom, but she doesn’t read internet articles. Furthermore, I would forward a link to this blog post to my Mom, but she doesn’t read blogs, either.

Anyway, the installation was difficult and the three of us really had to come together and collaborate to hang the mirror. I don’t know if you can see it in the picture, but the top of the mirror is out almost a foot and a half from the wall to give the mirror a cantilivered look to show-off the decor in the rest of the room. We love a good challenge!
