The Affordable Art Fair Returns to New York City

The Affordable Art Fair is back in New York City this weekend, and if you’re looking to fill some empty wall space, this show is a must-see. The idea behind the fair, which started yesterday and runs through Sunday, is that all work must be priced under $10,000.

The show will feature works of art from more than 50 galleries from around the world, including places like Paris, Tokyo, London, Buenos Aires, Brazil, New Mexico and more. New York art galleries like Able Fine Art Gallery, Uprise Art and Artemisia Gallery will have a presence as well.

Other offerings include a “Recent Graduate Exhibition,” and a limited edition work created especially for the fair by artist Chad Kouri.

That’s still not all! The Affordable Art Fair will also offer a number of lectures and programs throughout the weekend. Tonight, Chad Kouri will guide a walk through the fair, and on Sunday, Betsy Helmuth, the founder of Affordable Interior Design, will lead a tour focused on decorating your home with work from the fair.

For a complete overview of the programming, as well as options for kids, and “wining and dining,” visit the fair’s website.

And remember, if you end up making a purchase, we’d be happy to hang it up for you!
