Any parent knows that as soon as September rolls around and the kids are back in school, the fridge becomes a veritable art gallery for collages, finger paintings, and stick figure masterpieces.
If your refrigerator is running low on space, or you’re looking for a more permanent way to showcase your children’s art work, check out some of these creative ways to display kids’ art that we’ve seen recently.
The first example comes via an ILevel client. They had a number of their kids paintings and drawings framed. We then created a gallery wall from the pieces in the family’s playroom. We can’t think of a more appropriate arrangement for a space that’s all about kids.
We spotted this idea recently on Pinterest. Hanging a set of memo boards means you can change up the display every time your kids bring new projects home from school. (This is a great alternative to your fridge!).
This is another semi-permanent solution: Hanging curtain rods and clips from the wall to hold artwork. This would work well for all that art that comes home that isn’t simply paper or one-dimensional.
